1.1.1 Login: When you log in to the SRE Fast Charger APP, we require you to provide a commonly used mobile phone number (mandatory). If an SMS verification code is needed, you may view and enter it yourself.

1.1.2 Location-Based Services: Before you use "SRE Fast Charger" for the first time, we will prompt you to choose whether to allow "SRE Fast Charger" to access your location information and under what circumstances (non-mandatory). With your permission, "SRE Fast Charger" will obtain your location information through GPS and other sensors that can provide information about nearby charging stations. You may stop our access to your location information at any time through the location services function in your phone settings. Without location information, this service will be unavailable, but it will not affect the use of other features.

1.1.3 Scanning and QR Code Recognition: When you scan a QR code to charge at a charging station, we need your authorization to access the camera (mandatory) or local photo album (mandatory), as well as read/write storage permissions (non-mandatory). We will use these permissions to read and upload image information. If you do not agree to grant these permissions, the above functions will be unavailable.

1.1.4 Risk Control: To ensure the security and stable operation of the services we provide to you, we need to obtain the following device information from you (non-mandatory, see SDK description below): including network SSID, device model, device name, IP address, MAC address, device version information, unique device identifiers (including IMEI/Android ID/IDFA for iOS systems/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information), collection of GET_TASK to retrieve application personal information, location, application launch time, language, or time zone information. We will use the collected device information to identify and verify your identity, which will enhance the security of your use of our services. If you do not agree to provide the above information, risk control verification cannot be completed. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for service abnormalities or security issues caused by your refusal to provide the information required for risk control.

SRE Fast Charger obtains user personal data from business partners through legal means.

1.2 Circumstances Where We Collect and Use Personal Information Without Your Authorization

In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorization under the following circumstances:

  1. Related to our fulfillment of legal obligations;
  2. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
  3. Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
  4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
  5. Necessary to protect your or others' major legal rights and interests, but obtaining your authorization is difficult;
  6. Personal information disclosed by you to the public;
  7. Required for signing and fulfilling contracts at your request;
  8. Collected from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels.

2. How We Store and Protect Personal Information

2.1 Storage Location: We store user data in the Singapore region.

2.2 Security Measures: To ensure the security of your information, our company is committed to using various security technologies and supporting management systems to protect your information security at a reasonable security level. We strive to minimize risks such as information leakage, damage, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, and tampering. For example, our company uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for encrypted transmission, encrypts information storage, strictly restricts data center access, and employs dedicated network channels and proxies. Additionally, our company has established a personal information protection responsibility department and implemented related internal control systems. Furthermore, we engage external independent third parties annually to evaluate our information security.

2.3 Emergency Response: We have developed an emergency response plan for personal information security incidents, regularly organizing internal personnel for training and drills to ensure they understand their responsibilities, emergency strategies, and procedures. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will notify you in accordance with legal requirements: the basic details and impact of the incident, measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and mitigate risks, and countermeasures. We will inform you of relevant incident information through app push notifications, emails, or SMS. When it is difficult to notify each individual personally, we will use reasonable and effective methods to issue announcements. At the same time, we will report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.

2.4 Your Responsibilities: Please ensure the proper safekeeping of your SRE Fast Charger login credentials and other identity information. When using SRE Fast Charger APP services, we will identify your identity through your login credentials and other identity information. Any leakage of the above information may result in losses and adverse legal consequences. If you find that your SRE Fast Charger login credentials or other identity information have been compromised, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate measures to avoid or mitigate related losses. Additionally, please protect your mobile phones, tablets, and other mobile terminal devices to prevent others from using your trusted devices to log in to your account.

3. How We Use Personal Information

3.1 SRE Fast Charger Account Ownership: The ownership of an SRE Fast Charger account (i.e., SRE Fast Charger user ID) belongs to the SRE Fast Charger operator. After completing the login process, users will obtain the right to use the SRE Fast Charger account. Users must promptly provide true, complete, specific, and accurate personal information to meet the requirements of completeness, detail, and accuracy. Users understand and agree that, in accordance with relevant national regulations, this service is not provided to individuals without legal capacity. Any issues arising from users providing false login information and all resulting legal liabilities shall be borne by the user. We hereby clarify that we reserve the right to investigate and handle users' provision of false login information, including but not limited to restricting or terminating their right to use the SRE Fast Charger account and pursuing legal liabilities in accordance with the law.

3.2 Third-Party Sharing Restrictions: SRE Fast Charger will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless we have obtained your prior permission or the third party is affiliated with SRE Fast Charger (including SRE Fast Charger's affiliated companies) and provides services to you independently or jointly. After the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information they previously had access to.

3.3 Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection: SRE Fast Charger does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information in any way. If an SRE Fast Charger user engages in such activities, SRE Fast Charger reserves the right to terminate the agreement with that user immediately.

3.4 Other Permitted Uses: We may use your personal information for other purposes permitted by law.

3.5 Third-Party SDK Information Collection and Related Services

To ensure the stable operation of the SRE Fast Charger APP or to implement related functions, we integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to achieve these purposes. Some of the third-party SDKs we integrate involve collecting user information to provide services. We evaluate the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of third-party information collection, require third parties to protect your information, and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.

3.6 Business Functions and Related Permissions

3.6.1 Core Business Functions:

To provide you with data about nearby available charging stations, we require you to enable location services.

Business Function: Locating charging stations, locating vehicles

Information Type: Basic personal information, personal device information, location information, access to application lists

Description: Phone number, user logs, device information, and access to application lists to determine if mapping software is installed.

To facilitate your interaction with charging stations and vehicles, we require camera access permissions for scanning.

Business Function: Scanning

Information Type: Camera permissions, file read/write permissions

Description: Scanning and decoding QR code information.

3.7 Related Permissions

3.7.1 Storage: When installing the SRE Fast Charger app, this permission is requested to ensure stable operation. The SRE Fast Charger app commits to only reading or caching necessary information. If you choose not to grant this permission, specific functions related to it will be unavailable, but this will not affect your use of other services provided by the SRE Fast Charger app.

3.7.2 Phone: When installing the SRE Fast Charger APP, this permission is requested to complete security risk control, which requires reading your device identification information, device status information, and device environment information. If you choose not to grant this permission, you will be unable to use SRE Fast Charger services.

3.7.3 Location Information: After successfully logging in to the SRE Fast Charger APP, you may choose to grant permission to view nearby available charging stations. If you choose not to grant this permission, you will be unable to view information about charging stations near your current location, but this will not affect your use of other services provided by the SRE Fast Charger APP.

3.7.4 Camera and Photo Album Permissions: After granting camera/photo album permissions, you may use this function for scanning (depending on the specific function you use). To take live photos or upload images/videos, you need to grant camera and/or photo album permissions. If you choose not to grant these permissions, you will be unable to use scanning, screenshot feedback, or image upload for online customer service, but this will not affect your use of other services provided by the SRE Fast Charger APP.

4. How We Provide Personal Information to Third Parties

4.1 Sharing

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. With your explicit consent or authorization, and to provide various services on the SRE Fast Charger system, you agree and authorize us to share your personal information with affiliated companies and partner organizations under the following circumstances. We will require these affiliated companies and partner organizations to store and process your personal information in accordance with legal requirements, this Privacy Policy, our instructions, and any other relevant cooperation agreements.

5.2.1 Client Operation Path: Log in to the product client on your mobile phone, go to the "My" page on the homepage, click "Settings," then click "Account Deletion," and follow the prompts to complete the account deletion process.

5.2.2 Retention Period: We will retain your personal information only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless otherwise required by law.

5.2.3 Post-Collection Retention: We will not retain your personal information beyond the time required for collection. We will retain your information in accordance with our data retention policy for the duration necessary to fulfill the collection purposes.

5.3 Managing Authorization Scope

You may modify the authorization scope through your device's system permissions. When you revoke authorization for information collection, we will no longer collect that information. However, revoking your consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information based on your prior consent or authorization. After you revoke consent to share information with third parties, we will no longer provide information to that third party in the relevant business scenario. Additionally, you may enable or disable related permissions through "My -> Settings -> Notification Settings." 5.5.2 In-App Notifications: The app does not contain third-party advertisements. Pop-ups are for activity notifications, system announcements, and charging status reminders to ensure safe charging. System announcements and charging station safety reminders will not be displayed repeatedly (except for safety-related app restart notifications).

To provide you with better services, we will adjust the terms of this Privacy Policy in accordance with updates to our products or services and relevant legal requirements. We will publish any policy changes on this page. For significant changes, we will also provide more prominent notices through website announcements, push notifications, pop-up prompts, or other means. Significant changes referred to in this Policy include but are not limited to:

  1. Major changes to service modes, such as the purposes of processing personal information, the types of personal information processed, and how personal information is used.
